On April 13, 2006,
the Arthrosteopedic Surgery Department in our
hospital accepted a patient who fell from nearly
7m height place, causing the fifth centrum to
slip. They successfully did the operation of
opening the back lumbar spine to make it diaplasis,
inner HOIST system fixing operation, and the
grafting fusion between vertabral lamina. The
patient is from Heilongjiang Province. It was
found during the operation that he didn’t have
the fifth centrum transverse process. It is
unfrequent. As the patient’s joint was thick
and small, it was hard to exactly nail the sacrum
nail. If the nail could’t be nailed exactly,
lots of terrible results would be caused such
as destroying the horse tail nerve.
Arthrosteopedic
surgery doctors successfully completed the operation
under the monitoring of C model machine which
is on the advanced the level in our country.
The dislocation recovered completely. The patient’s
condition was steady after operation and he
felt good himself. The arthrosteopedic surgery
operation was an advanced one that started a
new field of arthrosteopedic surgery in our
hospital.
